Shorewood Realtors, where I was a top producer, was sold and driven into bankruptcy. I lost five commission checks that were gone overnight. Then at Strand Hill, we were constantly being approached for acquisition. I was tired of instability.

eXp has no debt. That mattered to me. I wasn’t going to spend time building something great only to have the rug pulled out again.
