We officially launched FastForward Movement LA the only way we know how - by taking over the beach and bringing our people together.

On a perfect summer Friday, we closed down The Deck in Hermosa Beach for a private team party to celebrate the beginning of something big. Tacos for the team, drinks were flowing, and of course, because it’s Dave Caskey, there was a DJ spinning as the sun set over the Strand.

But this wasn’t just a party. It was a new beginning.

We brought together the very best in the South Bay: Dave Caskey, Ed Kaminski, Aaron Klapper, Brett Zebrowski, Vivian Lesny, and more. Some of the most respected names in the Los Angeles real estate industry were shoulder-to-shoulder with the next generation of agents, sharing stories, strategy, and insights.

Dan Beer even made the drive up from San Diego to be part of it, because that’s what the FastForward Movement is all about: showing up, sharing openly, and building something together that’s bigger than any one person or brand.

Agents got face time with industry leaders, built real relationships, and left with new ideas and fresh energy for what’s next. That’s the difference here - this isn’t a place where people hoard knowledge or guard their secrets.
